I offer in-person and online psychological counselling for children, adolescents and adults.
During the therapy sessions it’s my goal to create a safe space where you feel accepted. In my experience, a non-judgemental, empathetic therapeutic relationship is the greatest source of the client’s growth, healing and self-discovery.
Every person is unique. I integrate elements of different models and approaches to find that which suits the needs of my client. The frameworks I use in my counselling are based on psychodynamics, humanistic psychology and behaviorism. I use relaxation techniques, psychodramatic elements and cognitive behavioral therapy.
I provide therapy in English, Hungarian and Spanish.

Children and teens
While working with kids and adolescents, my goal is to establish a warm, welcoming space where they can face their difficulties, struggles and fears. I use different techniques to explore the problem thoroughly by drawing, playtherapy, psychodramatic elements and other methods to express their emotions. Some examples of difficulties that I am able to help your kid or adolescent with:

Relaxation therapy
During the sessions you’ll get acquinted with Autogenic Training. Autogenic Training is a scientifically proven relaxation technique that helps to reduce stress and increase mindfulness. The therapy takes 10-15 weeks, in this period you’ll learn the steps of Autogenic Training, and once completed you’ll be able to use it on your own. The method has several positive effects to one’s health:
